Used this to install soffit vents cutting 96 holes in 2x lumber, even cut thru a few nails in the process and it is still brand new sharp. Most of the slugs just fall out.

Richard Richard about Hole Enlarger Tool Kit

Worked awesome for enlarging existing hole in drywall to install larger recessed lights. Clean cuts, highly recommend.
Cut through plaster and wood with no problem and did not lose its sharpness. Cuts perfect circles for 6 inch recessed lights.
Best hole saw I’ve ever owned. Easily cut 100 recess cans in so far with zero damage to the teeth. About 15 holes were cut through plaster and wire mesh. 30 holes cut with lath and plaster.

Excellent product for cutting holes.
I have used this numerous times it does a perfect job. Between jobs I clean it with plain water and dry for next use. It keeps it like brand new. Excellent product.
saves you money on buying different size hole saws and has dust protector
This cutter works great, cuts fast and accurate holes. For the price I don't think that it can be beat, fast shipping and good packaging.
Works great lasts for many holes. Thru fiber cement or cement backer board worked great on plaster and blue board

Excellent for cutting holes in stucco siding as the large tungsten carbide teeth cut though the stucco and the metal lath and the plywood sheating. Before getting this we would be line drilling and chiseling and then cutting out the lath and sheathing and it would take more than 40 minutes per hole. Now we cut the hole in less than a minute. The spring on the drill bit pushes out the stucco plug and makes it easy to clear the hole cutter to make another hole.

This hole cutter works with our existing 5/8" 18 thread arbors.
When looking for a hole saw to cut through my stucco wall, I knew I did not want a bi-metal hole saw. After searching on Google, I found the Blue Boar stucco hole saws. I ended up buying both the 1" and the 3 1/2" which were the sizes I needed for my project.

The abrasive teeth quickly cut through the stucco. The ejection spring that is included with the hole saw easily popped the OSB out, that was behind the stucco.

I was very pleased with the quality of this hole saw.

Charlie Charlie about 7mm HSS Pilot Bit

My hole cutter has worked perfectly, but I understand if I twist a pilot bit off by hitting something stubborn, I’m out of business until I receive a new one. So this one’s just a spare. The unit works perfectly

Having tried the Bosch hole enlarger kit that takes only Bosch hole saws and where I need two hole saws for each hole I want to enlarge, I knew there had to be a better option. Found the Hole Pro kit and decided it was worth trying. Glad I did as it works very well and it is made to last.
I was on the fence about this tool, but oh my God, this tool is amazing! It is built incredibly well! Its a rock solid piece of equipment! I had to cut 30 ten inch holes in the lids of heavy duty totes. I flew through them in record time, amazed the whole time at this tool! I have bought a lot of tools over the years, I can't remember ever being happier with a tool! At 1st I thought I paid too much, now that I've used it I think they didn't charge enough! I don't think anybody would ever have any regrets with this tool.
Our company manufactures large storage tanks with FRP or fiber reinforced plastic and it is a very tough material. It was taking hours to cut holes for piping using high speed steel hole saws, so long that we mounted power drills on fork lift trucks to support the weight. With the Blue Boar stucco FRP hole cutters from Hole Pro we now cut these hole in a few minutes and after a year of use the hole cutters still cut perfectly.

I thought it was only drywall, but turns out I had to cut through drywall and plaster AND lath. All six came down with ease and I plan to use the same saw to cut more for the dining room and bedrooms.
This is the second size Blue Boar TCT Metal Pro hole cutter that I have purchased. These cutters do better than any others that I've tried. When I need to cut a different size hole in metal, I'll buy my third Blue Boar.
Purchased for DIY installation of recessed lighting in family room, foyer, hall & kitchen, and it's worked extremely well. Exclusively used in drywall ceilings so far. A couple of comments.... (1) Setting the exact radius you need takes some trial and error, so be sure to drill a test hole in a piece of scrap before making potentially under or oversize holes in your ceiling. Once set correctly, replicating the same hole multiple times is a breeze. (2) The large plastic dust cover is great keeping the general work environment clean, especially for work in carpeted areas or around furniture. But don't underestimate the safety aspects of the dust cover.... Without it installed you've got 6" diameter cutting arms with large protrusions swinging at a couple of hundred RPM at the business end of your drill where it can easily entangle with the drill cord, fingers, or other nearby items. Recommend you install the dust cover every time you use this tool, even if it's just a quick test cut on your work bench.
Great product! We work with large size and thick-walled HDPE and PVC piping. The problem with using conventional bi-metal hole saws to make taps into the plastic pipes was it would melt the plastic and gum up the hole saw teeth and make it very difficult to remove the plastic cut-out coupon from the hole saw. You had to make the tap at a very, very low rpm to not create heat and melt the plastic which was time and money. The Blue Boar hole saws have tungsten carbide chisel teeth which cut and remove the cuttings quickly and easily without creating heat and melting the plastic. We will be ordering more for our other crews.
