We ship from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse to the US and Canada.  Shipping costs are shown once the items are in the shopping cart and the checkout process has been started.

APPROXIMATE SHIP TIMES FOR GROUND SHIPPING

Orders received after 11:00 AM PT will ship the following business day; so an order placed on a Friday afternoon will ship out on Monday.
